Description:

Date of Birth: August 14, 1985
Tattoo: Right Arm; Left Arm

Johnson has an active warrant for FTA/Trafficking in Drugs in the Second Degree. His is considered to be armed and extremely dangerous.

Dennis Schley Lilly
Aliases: Keith Amburgy, Dennis Lilly, Dennis J. Lilly, Dennis S. Lilly, David Lutz, David S. Lutz, Larry David Miller, "Slick", and others.

Description:
Race: White    Sex: Male    Height: 5'11"     Weight: 170    Hair: Brown    Eyes: Brown
Date of Birth:    October 11th, 1947
Tattoo:    "Slick" on upper right arm

Lilly escaped from the Jefferson City Correctional Center in January of 1987. At the time of his escape he was serving a sentence for Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Burglary, Robbery, and Aggravated Escape. A federal warrant was issued on January 26, 1987 charging Lilly with Unlawful Interstate Flight to Avoid Confinement for the crimes of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Assault on an Officer.

Lilly is considered to be armed, dangerous and an escape risk.

Kenneth Eugene Frailey
Alias: Gene Frailey

Description:
Race: White    Sex: Male    Height: 6'00"     Weight: 220    Hair: Grey    Eyes: Brown
Date of Birth:    January 20, 1936
Scar:    on nose, above left eye, on chin, on right arm

Frailey was charged with Arson 2nd on December 9, 1983
